Sara's RGM Eric was leaping to the front counter to acknowledge customers as soon as the door chime went off day after day. Then he challenged his team to beat him there! One day it happened.

Eric was checking his pre-dinner projections when the door chime went off. He turned to greet the guest but drive-thru cashier, Sara, had already beat him to the punch. Eric says, "Sara is a role model and what I think is a perfect customer maniac. They can hear her smile through the drive-thru and customers respond positively." Sara smiles all the time and makes her customers feel welcome. She also says "thank you" a lot because she knows it’s important to customers.

Eric really helps her be a customer maniac because everyone can see his dedication towards their jobs. His team members see he cares so much about the store and they really respect him for it.
