Monica | Assistant Manager | Banning, CA

Her name is Monica L. Bryant from southern California and she's a woman of many talents. You may recognize her from the Citizen blog or the My Life @ KFC contest. Monica was our 1st blogger for KFCNation and she also submitted her own video called KFC Rap - Remixed!!!. We may or may not have aided in her addiction to YouTube with the contest, but we like to think we gave her another creative outlet. :)

She's been working for KFC since she was 16; a total of 8 years and she can still remember her 1st day. She's worked her way up from mixing gravy w/o the lumps to an assistant manager teaching the new kids how to pack orders and wrap sandwiches.

But her life isn't all KFC all the time. One of her favorite things to do is write. She loves making up short stories or doing quick blog posts on MySpace (and KFCNation of course). When she was in school, she used to write hundred page stories by hand and other kids thought she was crazy. "Why are you doing all that work?" they'd ask. She would just shrug because it wasn't work to her - she liked it! And she still does.
